The Pillar Properties Story

Pillar Properties commitment revolves around community. Our commitment to Seattle and the region spans five generations. Because we’re still family-owned, we do things our way – with a premium on delivering an ideal customer experience as measured by our own exacting standards. From The University District to Pioneer Square, all of our properties put the values of the Pacific Northwest first. Our local roots allow for a quietly awesome experience with all the charm of the Pacific Northwest.

Our team works diligently behind the scenes to make sure the experience inside our properties matches resident lifestyles, needs and expectations. Their satisfaction drives the way we use our resources because we know that feeling supported is one of the most important hallmarks of home.

Where Did We Get Our Name?

Pillar Point photo

Our name captures the physical and philosophical strength of the company. This simple, descriptive name draws inspiration from Pillar Point, the highest point on Olympic Peninsula lands the Merrill family has owned since the 1890s. Pillar Point is located at Pillar Point Country Park and is located near the mouth of the Pysht River. The park is a sight to behold and showcases the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Pillar Properties is community centered putting local values first. It symbolizes our enduring commitment to the Pacific Northwest – its culture, land and people.

A Stadium Place Update

What is Stadium Place?

Stadium Place is located in the new center of Seattle in the heart of historic Pioneer Square. This modern community is designed so you can live, work and play within two unique but complimentary blocks in Seattle’s oldest and most famous neighborhood. Located next door to Century Link Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks and Sounders and just a short walk to Safeco Field, where the Seattle Mariners play, Stadium Place is the new center of Seattle. The project will complement the historic fabric of the neighborhood, while bringing new residents and state of the art sustainability initiatives to Pioneer Square. With a prime location next to the regional transit hub, Stadium Place is a transportation mecca with easy access to highways, Metro, Washington State Ferry system and King Street Station. Stadium Place has a near perfect Walkability Rating of 97.

When you live at Stadium Place, the city is at your feet, close to the waterfront, the International District and downtown. Pioneer Square is alive with arts and culture, boasting the largest collection of galleries in the Pacific Northwest. There are two luxury apartment towers at Stadium Place. The Nolo features loft style living with high ceilings, open floor plans and elegant finishes. The Wave is a modern 240’ tower with unparalleled views. Both feature high end amenities including expansive roof tops decks, spa like fitness centers, private open spaces with studio, one and two bedroom apartment units with water, mountain and downtown Seattle views.

The crew has been making amazing progress onsite and we are excited for the months to come when we can show off this spectacular project. For leasing information, visit www.thenoloseattle.com.
